CAN I EDIT, CANCEL OR RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?
Mistakes happen. If you placed an order for the wrong flavor or amount of snacks, you may edit or cancel your order by emailing support@outstandingfoods.com. Act fast: You’ll need to catch our super-speedy team before your order ships. If you’ve received a shipping confirmation email, we won’t be able to change or cancel your order. For food safety reasons, we aren’t able to accept exchanges or returns once snacks leave our warehouse. They’re yours to munch on - for good.
CAN I USE PAYPAL?
You bet. Once you’ve reviewed your cart and are all set to check out, just click on the PayPal button. Easy-peasy.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED?
We typically ship orders the day after they’re placed. (After all, we hate to leave a craving waiting.) Your Addictively Delicious and Highly Nutritious order will usually arrive 3-7 business days later. Cue the anticipation.
I DIDN’T GET MY ORDER CONFIRMATION
Hm! You should receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes of placing your order. Make sure to check your Spam folder. If you haven’t received the confirmation email after 24 hours, give us a shout at hello@outstandingfoods.com.
WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
You’ll get a tracking number emailed to you within 3 business days of placing your order. Oh, happy day.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF OUTSTANDING FOODS PRODUCTS?
All products have an expiration listed on the back of the bag and are good for you to enjoy until that date!
