Why aren’t these on shelves in my neighborhood yet!?

Our PigOut® Pigless® Pork Rinds are available online and can be shipped to your door. We'll be adding more in-store locations this year, so keep an eye out for announcements on our Instagram or via our email newsletter at outstandingfoods.com

Can I try a free sample?

We'd love to send you free samples, but yours and millions of other free samples would be tough. BUT we do have something very similar to this - we have a Happiness Guarantee - meaning if you're not completely satisfied, we'll find a way to make it right for you with a replacement, coupon code, or full refund. Can I edit, cancel or return my online order?

Accidents happen! So if you placed an order for the wrong flavor or amount of your snacks, you may edit or cancel your order by emailing support@outstandingfoods.com but hurry - you’ll need to catch us before it ships. If you received a shipping confirmation email, then unfortunately it’s too late to change or cancel your order. For food safety reasons, we may not accept any returns or exchanges once your order has left our warehouse.

Can I use PayPal?

Of course! Once you're in the cart page and ready to checkout, click on the PayPal button.

How long will it take for my product to be delivered?

We typically ship orders by the next day after your order is placed. Depending on where you live, your Addictively Delicious™ order will usually arrive in 3-7 business days once shipped.

Why is my order taking longer than usual?

Due to Covid-19, things can sometimes get a little backed up. Rest assured that we are doing our best to get you the goods as soon as we can.

I didn’t get my order confirmation.

You should receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes of placing your order. Make sure to check your Spam folder. If you haven’t received the confirmation email after 24 hours please contact  hello@outstandingfoods.com

When should I receive my tracking information?

You will get a tracking number emailed to you within 3 business days of placing your order.

What is the shelf life of Outstanding Foods Products?

All products have an expiration listed on the back of the bag and are good for consumption until that date.
